Terms & conditions
Last updated: April 2026. By using Moontrize Digital you agree to these terms. They apply to the AI Finance Manager platform, websites and APIs operated by us.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Moontrize Digital platform lawfully and in accordance with the documentation. You will not attempt to disrupt the platform, reverse engineer it or use it to process data you are not entitled to.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed annually or monthly depending on the plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. Refunds are governed by your order form.
Service levels
Moontrize Digital targets 99.95% monthly uptime on production tenants, with credits available where contractually defined.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, except where mandatory local rules apply to our customers in the EU.
