Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every Moontrize Digital plan starts with a 14-day guided trial on your real data. No credit card required.
Can we start monthly and switch later?
Yes. Monthly billing is available on Growth and Scale at a 15% premium. Most customers move to annual after the first quarter.
How do you handle multi-currency?
All plans support multi-currency dashboards. The Scale plan adds true multi-entity consolidation with FX adjustments.
Do you offer a discount for early-stage startups?
Yes. Pre-Series A startups under 25 people can apply to the Moontrize Digital Launchpad programme for a 50% discount in year one.
What happens if we exceed the user limit?
You can add users at any time at the per-user rate of your plan. Your CSM will recommend the right plan upgrade if it makes financial sense.
