Where is data stored?
You choose between EU and US hosting at onboarding. Both regions follow the same security and operational baseline.
How do you handle data privacy?
Your data stays inside your tenant. We never use customer transactional data to train shared foundation models.
Pricing & contracts
Is there a free trial?

Do you have non-profit or startup discounts?
The Moontrize Digital Launchpad programme offers a 50% discount in year one for qualifying pre-Series A startups under 25 people.
Can we cancel anytime?
Annual contracts can be cancelled at the end of the term. Monthly plans on Growth and Scale can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
